International Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost at checkout.

Customs policies vary widely by country. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order if you are unsure about applicable charges.

Please note:

• Customs clearance may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times
• We are required by law to declare the full value of all items on customs documentation and cannot mark orders as "gifts" to avoid duties
• Food products (including snacks and confectionery) may be subject to additional import restrictions or inspections in certain countries — particularly within the EU post-Brexit and in markets such as the USA, Canada, and Australia
• If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties, return shipping costs will be deducted from any applicable refund
